Alycium is growing a deliberate, high-caliber team to develop continuous, point-of-care cardiac biomarker surveillance. We are well-resourced, building toward the clinic, and hiring across engineering, science, regulatory, and clinical affairs.
The people who join Alycium work on hard, foundational problems at the intersection of biochemistry, hardware, and clinical medicine. The work is demanding and the standards are high, because the outcome matters. If you want to do the most important work of your career alongside a focused team, this is where to do it.
Every result is held to the evidentiary standard of a clinical-grade diagnostic. We validate; we do not assume.
Our work is anchored to a defined clinical need and measured by its value to patients and the physicians who treat them.
We build technology that is precise, reliable, and manufacturable, because a diagnostic is only as good as its consistency.
We operate to the standards of a regulated medical device from the outset, with quality and compliance built into how we work.
All positions are based at our Clearwater, Florida facility unless noted. Given the nature of the work, candidates should expect to operate under confidentiality from the first conversation. Listed salary ranges are base compensation and exclude equity and benefits.
Own the electrochemical sensing chemistry at the core of our continuous troponin platform, from biorecognition design through integrated device performance.
Own the electronics and embedded firmware behind a continuously worn cardiac monitor, from low-power biosignal acquisition through on-device processing.
Build the software platform that connects the wearable to patients and clinicians, from the companion mobile app to the cloud backend that ingests and surfaces continuous biomarker data.
Provide the clinical perspective that keeps our platform grounded in real cardiology practice, advising on troponin interpretation, intended use, and study design.
Guide Alycium's regulatory strategy and quality foundation as we build toward FDA clearance.
Support the planning and execution of early clinical studies that benchmark our continuous platform against reference laboratory troponin.
Keep the lab running so the science and engineering teams can move fast and safely.
Run the day-to-day operations that let a lean team move quickly, spanning finance, procurement, people, and the rhythm of the company.
We are always glad to hear from exceptional engineers, scientists, and operators who want to work on cardiac diagnostics. Send your resume and a short note, and we will be in touch.
