Careers

Build the Future of Cardiac Diagnostics

Alycium is growing a deliberate, high-caliber team to develop continuous, point-of-care cardiac biomarker surveillance. We are well-resourced, building toward the clinic, and hiring across engineering, science, regulatory, and clinical affairs.

Why Alycium

Meaningful Problems. High Standards.

The people who join Alycium work on hard, foundational problems at the intersection of biochemistry, hardware, and clinical medicine. The work is demanding and the standards are high, because the outcome matters. If you want to do the most important work of your career alongside a focused team, this is where to do it.

01

Scientific Rigor

Every result is held to the evidentiary standard of a clinical-grade diagnostic. We validate; we do not assume.

02

Clinical Relevance

Our work is anchored to a defined clinical need and measured by its value to patients and the physicians who treat them.

03

Engineering Excellence

We build technology that is precise, reliable, and manufacturable, because a diagnostic is only as good as its consistency.

04

Regulatory Integrity

We operate to the standards of a regulated medical device from the outset, with quality and compliance built into how we work.

Benefits

More Than Just a Job

We are working to solve one of the most consequential problems in cardiac medicine, and a mission like that is only as strong as the people behind it. We believe in supporting our team with far more than a job and a paycheck, so that the people who dedicate themselves to this work can do the best work of their careers and share in everything we build together.

Comprehensive Health Coverage

Medical, dental, and vision with employee premiums fully covered.

401(k) with Company Match

Plan for the long term with a meaningful company contribution.

Generous Paid Time Off

Flexible PTO plus every major holiday.

Equity Ownership

A genuine stake in the company you are helping to build.
